Please note...
- There’s once-off registration fee of R185.00.
- We require one month paid notice if you wish to cancel the recycling collection service.
- Our prices increase annually in March in line with our financial year.
- We do not offer refunds, so please ensure to pay only for as long as you intend to use the service.
- We do not conduct collections on public holidays. If your collection day falls on a public holiday, please hold onto your recycling until the next week and we will collect everything then.
- At the end of the year, our teams go home to spend time with their families, so we won’t carry out collection during this period. The exact dates will be communicated to you in advance.
